Andrew de Vries
Head of Superannuation

Andrew is a seasoned financial services professional with a combination of experience and technical skill across sales, product, marketing, compliance and research functions. Andrew’s focus is on superannuation in which he has  a successful track record of brand building, product development and growing funds under management.

He recently served as General Manager of DIY Super for Perpetual and prior to that served as the Head of Investments for Citibank’s retail bank.

Vincent Parrott
Head of Funds Management

Vincent brings significant funds management experience to Diversa Group, having worked in leadership roles within the institutional funds management sector for AMP, SBC (now UBS Global Asset Management) and BT Funds Management. Through his career he has had experience in investment research and portfolio management, sales and marketing, business operations, and general management.

In 2001 he co-founded boutique asset manager, Souls Funds Management where he served as Managing Director from 2001 to 2008.

Angus Craig
Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Angus has extensive corporate and financial experience, most recently as Company Secretary and Finance Manager for Virotec International PLC, a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and formerly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. He previously spent six years with the Australian Securities Exchange as a Senior Companies Officer.
