Matthew Morgan
Chairman/Non Executive Director

Matthew is a co-founder of Diversa Group. He is currently Head of Business Development for Integria Healthcare. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Senior Investment Manager with QBF, a venture capital fund manager wholly owned by Queensland Investment Corporation. In this capacity he has had senior management responsibilities in start-up and expansion stage companies both in the UK and Australia. His particular expertise is in mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings for emerging companies.

Matthew was the first Australian selected to the prestigious Kauffman Fellows Program and currently serves as a director of Relevare Pharmaceuticals.

Stephen Bizzell
Non Executive Director

Stephen  is a co-founder and was an Executive Director of Arrow Energy. In this role Stephen focused on strategic issues, business development and corporate finance. He was instrumental in Arrow’s success from a $5 million listing in 2000 until its recent acquisition by Royal Dutch Shell and Petrochina in 2010 for approximately $3.5 billion.

Stephen started his career at Coopers & Lybrand in the Corporate Taxation division and then Ernst & Young in the Corporate Finance division. He has worked independently since 1994.  He has acted as lead adviser on numerous transactions providing advice on corporate structuring, private and public capital raisings, ASX listings, valuations, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic and general corporate advice to a large range of clients in a variety of industries.

Stephen is Chairman of Bizzell Capital Partners, a boutique investment banking and funds management firm which focuses on small to medium sized companies. He is also currently a director of ASX listed companies, Bow Energy, Dart Energy, Renison Consolidated Mines, Stanmore Coal, Apollo Gas and Hot Rock.

Stuart Korchinski
Managing Director

Stuart has significant experience across the superannuation, financial planning, general and life insurance and IT service industries. He was appointed Managing Director of Diversa in October 2009.

Prior to that Stuart  was the CEO of CitiStreet Australia which provided superannuation administration services to industry, corporate and retail superannuation funds. He was also previously managing director of KAZ Business Services, a leading supplier of outsourced services to the financial services industry, and Chief General Manager of Allianz’s financial institution and direct insurance business.

Stuart is currently a non-executive director of SuperChoice Services and Community First Credit Union.

Simon Poidevin

Non Executive Director

Mr Poidevin is an executive director of Bizzell Capital Partners and an experienced financial services industry executive. He was previously an executive director of Pengana Capital and before that he had 14 years with Citigroup in Australia, where he was a managing director and jointly headed the firm’s Corporate Broking business.  Mr Poidevin is also a former Wallaby who represented Australia in 59 Rugby Union Tests.  He was awarded an OAM in 1988, inducted into the Australian Sports Hall of Fame in 1991 and honoured with a Centenary Medal in 2003.  He is also on the Board of the University of New South Wales Foundation and is a director of Dart Energy Limited.
